As the Chief Technology Officer at 360 Security Services, Eric continually explores new technologies and strategies to stay ahead of emerging threats. His philosophy is rooted in the belief that robust cybersecurity is not just about responding to incidents but proactively identifying and mitigating risks before they materialize. 

Eric is a seasoned cybersecurity expert with over 20 years of experience in information security and intelligence analysis. He previously co-founded a company that provided scalable cybersecurity and compliance solutions, serving as CTO and CEO. Under his leadership, they developed an innovative cybersecurity-as-a-service model. His background includes roles as an IT security auditor for the national electrical grid, an intelligence analyst on cyber threats to Minnesota's government, and various information security positions in Minnesota and Arizona. Eric has expertise in security auditing, penetration testing, and policy development. He is a member of the FBI's InfraGard program and the MN Cyber Advisory Board, which aims to elevate Minnesota's cybersecurity status through education and public-private partnerships.
